It is late summer and the ice hockey season that never ended is almost here

Watermelons, grown at Water Run Farm, and rapidly developing teenager guns designed to lift ’em

Ellinore spent a week up in Burlington, Vermont, in a week-long development camp at UVM, Nathaniel has been playing in an evening ice hockey summer league, over in Hooksett, and his U-16 Midget season season begins in a few weeks with practices already underway. Nathaniel has decided to do some strength training as well, to build core strength for the upcoming hockey season.
